For optimal results we suggest that you use this product as directed by the instructions below.

The 100 ml size of the Thymuskin shampoo, hair treatment, and med gel should last approximately 6 to 8 weeks. The 200 ml size shampoo, treatment and med gel should last approximately 3 to 4 months.

For maximum effectiveness, during use it is important to focus the application of the shampoo, treatment and med gel on the scalp and the hair follicles, not the hair strand. 

Thymuskin Shampoo

First rinse your hair thoroughly through with very warm, clear water in order to remove any water soluble dirt particles from the scalp and to stimulate circulation. Then massage 1 to 2 ml (about the size of a nickel) of Thymuskin Shampoo (depending upon your hair volume) into the scalp and hair for about one minute. Next, rinse your hair thoroughly with very warm water and towel dry.

Thymuskin Hair Treatment

After having washed your hair with Thymuskin Shampoo, and made it towel dry, take the opened bottle of hair treatment, turn it upside down and place it on your scalp. Now press the bottle so that some hair treatment is dispensed and apply it by partings or in circles onto the scalp. Close the bottle immediately after use, so that the alcohol cannot evaporate. Massage the Thymuskin Hair Treatment vigorously with the tips of your fingers into the scalp until the scalp is dry to the touch. After this, you can comb your hair into the desired style - use of a hair dryer is not recommended. If you must use a hair dryer, use it on the coolest setting only (do not heat the scalp directly). The reason a hot dryer is not recommended is because it can make the scalp perspire, causing the hair follicles to lose necessary moisture and minerals.

Thymuskin Hair Gel

This is a special product which, as a result of a specific manufacturing technique, combines an increased concentration of active ingredients. It is a more highly concentrated form of the Hair Treatment Lotion. It can be used in addition to the shampoo and hair treatment, but is not required to get satisfactory results. Some customers like to use this product when they start treatment because it is more concentrated. Be sure to wash your hair thoroughly with Thymuskin Shampoo, prior to applying the gel. Apply the gel to the scalp in the evening and sleep with it spread evenly around the scalp. Thymuskin Hair Gel is not a styling gel.

Thymuskin Hair Mask

It is prepared in gel form to apply to towel-dried hair after using Thymuskin® shampoo and hair treatment lotion. Take the hair mask, work it between the palms of your hands, and apply it to both the hair and the scalp. For long hair, use a comb so that the hairs become covered with this protective coating. The mask should remain on the hair, do not rinse it out. The protective film also acts as a light setting lotion.

Thymuskin Hairbalm Rinse (Conditioner)

The cream rinse conditioner should be used to before applying the hair treatment. At the beginning of treatment, use the cream rinse conditioner following hair washing twice a week, and later, once a week. Massage the conditioner into both scalp and hair while the hair is still wet. Use between 1 to 2 teaspoons full. Wrap a towel like a turban around your wet hair, to allow the conditioner to penetrate. After 10 to 15 minutes, slightly rinse the hair with warm water and towel dry it. After this, use the Thymuskin Hair Treatment.

GKL Revitalizing Capsules

GKL Vital Kapsels contain the biologically active Coenzyme Q10 and are designed to enhance the effect of the external Thymuskin preparations. The capsules are a supplement with the nutrients needed to grow vital, healthy hair, beautiful skin, and healthy nails. Take these capsules with a little liquid in the morning with breakfast. Depending on your age and according to the status of your existing hair, skin and nails, take between 1 and 3 capsules per day.

General Instructions

Once you begin using the Thymuskin hair treatment product line, you should not use any other brands of shampoo, lotion or conditioner on your scalp because they can reduce or eliminate the positive effects of the Thymuskin products.

Additional Information:

For chemotherapy patients: for best results, begin usage and treatment about 2 to 4 weeks prior to chemotherapy.

For customers treating baldness: you should plan to use the product for at approximately 18 months. It could take up to 3 months before you see new hair growth.

It could be demonstrated that Thymu Skin does not only prevent hair loss in patients undergoing a chemotherapeutical treatment (more predominantly in these treated with 5-Fu than those with adriamycin) but also the degree of prevention of hair loss dependent on the age and the type of the malignant disease. This statement can be condensed by the following one: older patients with breast carcinoma undergoing a chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil will have a significant benefit by Thymu Skin application as could be shown by no or only slight hair loss during treatment." Positive adjuvant effects in view to alopecia diffusa during cytostatic chemotherapy with simultaneous application of Thymu-Skin preparations occur in different degree depending on the pathological disease and resulting chemotherapy with different degree of aggressivity. This effect is most obvious in patients with cytostatic chemotherapy of breast carcinoma or malignant diseases of the colon and rectum; in patients with carcinoma of the stomach and the esophagus the effect is only slightly detectable. According to the experiences in this study the simultaneous application of Thymu-Skin preparations in patients with chemotherapy of slight and moderate aggressivity during the postoperative phase is helpful in view to the diminishing of the alopecia rate." Summary of Report from Department of Dermatology Stadtische Kliniken Darmstadt. This trial was for treatment of Alopecia androgenetica and Alopecia areata, and did not involve cancer patients. "Fifty-one patients with alopecia androgenetica and 16 patients with alopecia areata were treated with Thymu-Skin (shampoo and tonic containing a thymus extract) over a period of 12 months. Sixty-seven percent of the male patients and 100% of the female patients with androgenetic alopecia had a benefit from this treatment. In 83% of the patients with alopecia areata Thymu-Skin therapy resulted in partial or fully regrowth of scalp hair. In female patients with alopecia androgenetica the average daily hair loss decreased from 139 (pretreatment) to 57 after 12 months. There was no remarkable change in male patients. In patients with alopecia areata the average daily hair loss decreased from initially 245 to 10."
